Please could I have some help to gather some benchmarking data to inform some changes I'm looking to make to our post-visit survey. Is anyone able to share the response rate you get from your post visit surveys - and, if possible, roughly how long your survey is? (roughly 5 questions? Roughly 10? Roughly 50?)

Our survey contains five questions (some of those are NPS) and we see a response rate of 23% across a season. The response rate is calculated by number of bookers that respons to our survey, and we send it out by email only.
We've done onsite research in the past to see if there's any significant difference in customer feedback if we include attendants who didn't book. We saw the difference to be non-significant, and so we haven't bothered to keep doing that.
However, we're aware that the bookers aren't representative of the general audience composition from a demographic perspective and so we don't use their information to represent that aspect of our audience research.
