Hi,
This one if for the NPO/other ACE funded organisations who will be working with the Arts Council's (ACE) new Illuminate platform. You may have noticed in the most recent update that Tessitura isn't listed as one of the current box office providers they have setup up an API feed with. This is surprising to me considering it's one of the biggest used in the sector. I'm hoping there is just a delay in this being setup. I've emailed Tessitura already to ask for details and completed the form ACE sent in their update to get a better picture of the different providers everyone is using. I recommend as many of us possible to fill this in to help push Tessitura being included forward (haven't posted the form link as I'm not sure it's allowed on this forum but will happily do so if it's permitted). Again this could be in the works already but it wouldn't hurt to help towards making the case stronger as I'm sure none of us want to be doing this as a manual process!
Tessitura is actively working with PwC to provide the information and access that they need to integrate data from Tessitura with the Illuminate platform. PwC has access to an environment for development and testing purposes, and we have been providing assistance with the the REST API. I have reached out to PwC to confirm that they have the information that they need and to see if I can determine their timeline for completing the integration.

Hi Jason, I raised a ticket with Tessitura a couple of weeks ago and asked for an update. They told me to prepare for a manual export of the data as PWC have not been communicating with them. I tried to import the data to Illuminate multiple times last week but it kept failing and Illuminate's support has escalated it internally as the platform keeps throwing errors.
Thanks for sharing this info and perspective, Thanos. That sounds frustrating. Likewise we're in the process of collating the data manually, but haven't tried the import process just yet...
