Hello from your new Community Chair

Hello to All in the EU Data Insights Tessitura Community,

I’d like to introduce myself as one of the new Community Co-Chairs for this group. I joined the Tessitura community in 2019 and have met some of you at various community events (Virtual and in person). I’m excited to add some new energy to the group to organise events and help improve collaboration. We’re planning to organise a virtual meetup in September, so watch this space…

A little about me, I am the business intelligence manager at the Royal Albert hall and spend most my days trying to find new and interesting ways to use our data to help achieve our objectives and/or improve business processes, as well as maintaining our existing systems and reports. Most of the data I use for my role comes from Tessitura and combine this data (in Power BI or R) with data from other applications to create a streamlined view of all our activities at the hall. Whilst I don’t use Tessitura analytics on a daily basis I’m regularly inspired by the dashboards and ideas that I can implement in my own processes. Outside of work, I love consuming all things arts and culture, in particular musical theatre. I also like to explore and go on the occasional hiking.

We’re looking for another Co-chair to help steer the group and share their knowledge and expertise - it would be fantastic if you were already a bit of a pro using Tessitura dashboards (or on your way to being). If you’re interested in volunteering or have any questions please get in contact!
