We're beginning discussions with MHM to use their culture segments. What experience do you all have of using them? Any tips or things to be aware of? How well did they work in Tessitura?

I know The Old Vic used them for a while, perhaps Hannah Basford you wouldn't mind sharing your experience with Kyle, or putting him in touch with Suzy?
I also know that The Globe made good use of MHM, but not just for segmentation.
