Hi all,
We are trying to work on our Equality and Diversity plans for 19/20 and would like to know how organisations are measuring characteristics such as disability and people from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds amongst their artists. We are particularly interested in understanding when and how the questions are being asked as this has been a key sticking point for us!
