My career background is in ticketing and customer service, and I now look after the database at Mayflower Theatre. I've acquired a much greater understanding of Tessitura's financial processes over the years, and have grown to love the relationship between the database and the ledger. Before moving into the arts I have previously being a Research Officer in a couple of UK Universities. I now nurture the database at the Welsh National Opera. I am also heavily involved in the financial side of Tessitura after streamlining our funds and campaigns last year. I am currently delving into a large digitisation project for the company and developing a process and eventual training to onboard other departments within WNO into Tessitura.
When I'm not buried in work at my desk, I enjoy walking, PS4 and building LEGO models.
