We're migrating to Prospect2 and have been following their onboarding process. That's been smooth so far -- and we love the team at P2.
When we reached the step to export engagement scores (1-5) from WordFly so we can begin the P2 import process, we discovered that more than 50% of our list has no engagement score, despite many of those contacts being recently active and having received more than 5 campaigns, the threshold at which WordFly begins scoring.
Has anyone else run into this issue? Or can speak to the process you used to migrate your list and ensure high-quality contacts were being moved over for a robust warming period?
FWIW, we have brought this issue to WordFly and they are investigating.
