Prospect2 vs Wordfly

Hello everyone! I work with CRM at the Royal Swedish Opera.
We are considering changing from Wordfly to Prospect2 at the moment, as we see many limitations in wordfly when it comes to marketing automation, segmentation and so forth.
So, I would like to know if any of you are using Prospect2? What are your experiences with that, what functionality are you using and why did you choose Prospect2? Is it worth the costs? It would be of great value to us to hear about this.

Wishing you all a great day! All the best from Stockholm!

  • We just signed on with Prospect2 after many many years with WordFly. We haven't moved our installation yet, but the potential functionality offered by Prospect2 is so much greater, and we have a full roadmap of automations and customer journeys planned. We were particularly happy to see that the underlying technology of Prospect2 is ActiveCampaign, which means a small shop is not responsible for maintaining the actual email tool; Prospect2 is focused on the Tessitura integration, largely, while leaving the tool components to a commercial provider, meaning we'll get the stability and functionality of a much larger product and something tailored to our industry needs. It was an easy sell.

While I can't speak yet to the ease of transition, the team at Prospect2 has been phenomenal to work with in helping us evaluate the product and more than generous with their time.

It does represent a nearly 2x cost for us, however, but we feel super confident that the platform's flexibility will let us realize a return on that quite quickly.
