I wanted to remind everyone in this group that we are having our first meeting of 2023 next Thursday, March 2 at 11:00AM (EST) for US participants / 4:00PM (GMT) for UK participants (although we welcome anyone from any timezone!!)
The main topic for this meeting is Customer Journeys and Triggered/Automated Email. Our friends at the Royal Academy of Arts will join to tell us more about their Welcome email journey and a new triggered campaign they are testing.
There will be plenty of time for discussion. So bring your questions or other examples from your own organizations to share!
