My name's Miki and I'll be joining Tracy as the Email Strategy group co-chair. After a few years working with different ESPs, I'm excited to be back in the Tessitura bubble and get to know you all.

It's been great to see the group so active over the past few months and we'd love to see if there's more we can be doing to support each other.
I'm based at the NT in London and looking to get some in-person meet ups in the works (some of you may remember we had a few in the beforetimes). I hope this survey will help fill any gaps in our knowledge.
