The format we have been using is to vote on topics via Lean Coffee board. Anyone can propose a topic. The topic I plan to present for this next meeting is: Frequency & Segmentation - how are you currently determining how often to send emails and how are you leveraging segmentation through Tessitura or your email provider to manage volume to each constituent?

These community boards are a great resource, but I find that having an "face-to-face" dialogue iwith other memebers is also very helpful so I hope you will plan to participate in the upcoming discussion.
