We did a demo with Pro2 yesterday, along with about a dozen other Tessitura/Wordfly users. Trying to avoid manual integration between our email marketing system and Tessitura, and adding MonkeyWrench to MailChimp would be out of our budget range. Considering the IP warm up, repopulating lists (MANY Wordfly subscribers who only attend free/unregistered programs), and building new templates, I'm not overly interested in a temporary solution while we wait for Wordfly to come back.
Would love to hear thoughts on Prospect2.
Thanks!
We were in the same boat, Kathryn. Was it worth it to try and make something work while WordFly came back online?
We've actually made a permanent switch back to Prospect2. Their Tessitura integration used to be very good and has only gotten better in the last couple years and the amount of functionality around triggered/automated emails is extremely robust. It does a TON of stuff WordFly does not and has a ton more room to grow. It's not a decision we wanted to make right now but are really happy with our decision to switch back.
Thanks, Nels. As you were a previous Prospect2 user, it bodes well that you were interested in going back.
