Our Triggered emails are the usual (preshow, postshow (incl. survey), abndoned cart (standard WordFly setup)) and we also have an automated donation receipt for $2-$49.99 that goes out each day. There are 2 tricks with triggered emails. The list criteria and the output set. Getting (for example) all the people who have donated a gift of $2-49.99 in the last 24 hours is one thing. Pulling the output set with all the data fields that relate to that gift using only single row data can be tricky which is why a lot of folks create custom views for this - one customer ID per line.
