My name is Nels and I'm the digital marketing specialist at the Minnesota Orchestra.
We've just made the switch to Wordfly and are having a hard time figuring out some logistics around creating Tessitura accounts for new email sign-ups. We know about Account Brief but we no longer use TNEW so we're looking for some other solutions.
What about you? Do you have a method for creating new Tessitura accounts for your new email sign-ups? I'd love to hear about it!
If you have a list with names and emails you could use the Constituent Import Utility for mass import into Tessitura. My organization is RAMP user so we use File Mover. Otherwise we do one by one requests to create accounts. Hope that helps!
