Can anyone offer advise on how you handle child records when they are going through a gender transition. We have a couple of participants who have been set up as one gender and now transitioned but a new record has been created inadvertently.
Also if the parent is unaware of the transition how do you maintain the information for use of the correct pronoun in email conversation with the parent and the child?

Hi Sam,
In a situation like this I find that creating a CSI explaining the history in the new profile, then merging the two accounts suffices. You can also add an alias with their deadname so that the account is easy to find if their parent isn't aware of their chosen name.
I'm not sure how you have configured your header, but we have an "Urgent CSI" section, so that if there is a CSI on the patrons account that is marked as urgent it is displayed when the team look at the profile. They then have a quick read of the CSI and it informs their interaction with the patron.
