We are preparing to launch Tessitura in Feb, and recently learned their system isn't compatible with child privacy/data protection laws here in CO. This means we'll be able to sell camp registration in Tessitura, but we'll need to use an outside system to manage liability releases, medical data, etc. We've been strongly encouraged to consider Camp Docs, so if anyone is using that system I'd love to chat about how it's working for you! Or if you're using a different platform that you love, please reach out--I'd love to hear about that too. Yes I'd be interested in learning what everyone uses as well. We were doing paper docs prior to me taking over this position and with our program growing, I want a more secure system. I'd be curious on the cost per month for something like Camp Docs. I wouldn't need it for registration, as I have made Tess work for our organization, however I need an option for waivers and med forms.
