Hi folks,
We are looking to better track the hundreds of payment plans we have going in our Recreational Division School. Has anyone used Analytics to track this? I'd love a dashboard of all the students, their already made payments, and their payments still outstanding. I can get about half of it, but I can't figure out if there is a way, if any, to track payments that are coming. Any help or insight would be wonderful!

Hi Nicki! We have a customized report that was built by the Tessitura team for us. I was asking my Insights team here at Mirvish if they could offer some advice for you, and was told that, if you are going through Analytics alone, the capabilities are quite limited - at least that was the case for us. We needed to go the customization route, so you may want to investigate that option, if you haven't already.
