Wondering if anyone else has run into this issue -
We have the Education plugin/extension and while it normally works just fine, sometimes patrons report the form just not working. We've been unable to replicate the issue, but enough people have trouble with it that it feels significant. Sometimes there's an error message (usually a generic 'An error has occurred please try again later') but sometimes the form doesn't load and shows a blank screen.
Our general troubleshooting tips include using Google Chrome instead of other browsers, using a desktop instead of mobile, clearing the cache and history and restarting the browser, and sometimes just trying again later. It's also pretty inconsisten which one of those tips fixes the issue.
Has anyone else run into this issue of mystery, unreplicable errors with education forms?
