WordFly Incident Notice: Update July 11, 2:44pm PT

We have determined that WordFly has been impacted by a cybersecurity incident affecting operations and our ability to provide our services. This incident also affected our backup servers. We are currently engaging with internal and external cybersecurity professionals to resolve the situation and get our systems and servers back up.

At this time, we have no evidence that any customer data in WordFly has been compromised or misused.

Resolution of the incident will take time, and WordFly is likely to remain unavailable for several business days.
