Am I imagining things? I swear that soft bounces are collected in Wordfly and converted to hard bounces in Tessitura at a certain threshold. True or not true?

It definitely *can* be, this is something that is set up and controlled by code in your LP_UPDATE_EMAIL_PROMOTION SQL stored procedure. You may want to check with your IT department to make sure nothing has changed on your end and WordFly is still set up to do this. Normally this is set only to look at hardbounces (in the sample code), however it would be totally possible to change this and your organization may have in the past.
