With the old way of accessing the WordFly custom screen, our users could save their username and password and it would save for their shift, but with the new way, they have to enter all the info everytime they access.

This is a known issue with a support alert and workaround. The issue has been fixed in v 15.1.14, so once you get that service pack on your system, it should also resolve itself.

Heather - we are using the workaround and did upgrade to 15.1.15 last night. We're still finding that it doesn't save our info today.
Ah - I think I misunderstood and thought you were unable to see and save. Do you have a ticket open on this yet? I'm not sure if that is new behavior or not - and would have to see if that is controlled via the Tessitura custom screen functionality or on the WordFly side.

Ok. So I did some testing myself rather than relying on my users. The custom tab is now working for them. I was not aware that there was a fix for the custom tab in 15.1.14 so that's on me. Sorry for the run-around!
