Hi all -
Hopefully some of you followed an earlier post of mine regarding work we are doing with the WordFly Pages Integration. The new integration code will let you use WordFly Pages capabilities to create items within Tessitura (such as CSIs), which will allow you to track and act on survey responses. We hope to release this in the next week or two. Once it’s ready, we'll post about the functionality, how to request it, and other information.
Happy to answer what questions I can about this - or stay tuned to this thread for the announcement!
Cheers,
HeatherProduct Owner, Integrations
We're so pleased to partner with WordFly on this, and have posted the integration release announcement on our Product Announcements page. The User Guide for this integration is right now hosted on tn.com, and we're working on getting it to our online help in the next couple of weeks.A reminder, if you are hosted by RAMP, and want the integration, simply open a new support ticket to request the install. If you are self-hosted you can download the files.
Kirk and I will be available for questions, and if you have any support issues, both our teams are standing by via the usual channels.
Hi Heather,
Just wondering ballpark when RSVP integration looks to be added. We have that currently and can't roll that back in order to add in this wonderful feat.
Hi Heath -
At this point, current planning makes it look like we'll be investigating this feature in the summer of 2020 with a hoped for release before any fall events or activities.
Best,
Heather
Thanks Heather.
Our (upside down) winter spring. Got it
Yes! Apologies for that (Q2/Q3 of 2020).
The other thing I will say is that you having a customization does not automatically preclude you using the integration as well. This is something that we're happy to investigate with you if you'd like to put in a support ticket.
I did and unfortunately for us it does.
Thanks for the feedback though
Not to get your hopes up, but I just spoke to Dale R-H and looked at your code and I'm fairly certain the integration and your RSVP can co-exist happily. I believe Dale will be reaching out to talk to you more about it, but also wanted to put it out here publicly in case others from the AP region were following this thread.
Ooooh! Thank you. Dale was a genius behind the RSVP code (that I plagiarized). Yippee. We'll have a chat.
Many thanks
