Much like Robert Derby's idea about integrations with Microsoft Teams, I have been thinking a lot about improved integration with Zoom. We have bought into the full Zoom stack, including Zoom Phone, and see a lot of interesting possibilities in taking advantage of the rich APIs of both Zoom and Tessitura. In particular:
1. Virtual Events: Automatic integration between Zoom Webinars and the ticketing database to allow us to automatically update performance attendance when a constituent logs into the associated webinar.
2. Similarly, update activity attendance when someone logs into a particular Zoom meeting (for example, a board meeting)
3. Provide a streamlined app that would automatically pull up key constituent data based on caller ID for someone when their zoom phone rings, and would then allow them to take notes during the call that would be saved back into the Tessitura system.
4.Potentially integrate with Zoom Chat in ways similar to what Robert proposed for teams.
