Vimeo OTT is a video hosting platform which includes free video-on-demand, transactional (rental) video-on-demand and live streams. Tessitura has worked with Vimeo OTT to develop a connector between their products to make ticket sales and use creation easier.
It can be very complicated and time consuming to combine analytics from Vimeo (on registrants, video performance, etc.) and Tessitura (new to file, donations, ticket sales) to make strategic decisions on digital offerings.
I ask that Tessitura enhance their connector to pull Vimeo OTT analytics (they have an API and other mechanisms for getting data) into Tessitura Analytics and develop a new “video” widget that customers can use to make dashboards to include video stats.
