As per some discussions with other members at TLCC, there is a need for an out-of-the-box way to track patron Accessibility requests. Maybe this is already planned for V16?
Some functionality already exists with the Form Fields option: https://www.tessituranetwork.com/TNEW_7/Content/Topics/Form_Fields.htm - but, it's only good for GA, and doesn't work for SYOS.
If we could have something like this (customizable), or a tool similar to the Seating Requests option for TNEW packages, I believe it would go a long way for filling the need. Accessibility shouldn't be a custom project for each organization.
What would also be GREAT in the future would be to have a Help article on Accessibility requests and tracking, with some options on how to use the already built-in-functionalities like CSI's, dynamic lists, and even the use of email forms with Wordfly/P2 integrations.
