Tessitura v16 integration with Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Teams

I noticed at TLC22 that many attendees were using Microsoft Teams.  At The Dallas Opera we use Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Teams as our hub for applications, communication, and collaboration.  Many products have an integration to Microsoft Teams, making easier to work without having to move between different applications.  Microsoft Teams also provides a common place for users to chat/posting, and collaborate on data.

Please consider developing Microsoft 365 and Teams integrations with v16.  For example:

  •  Empower orgs to link our Azure AD accounts with Tessitura so that users can have one set of login creds needed (Azure) to access v16.
  • Create a Microsoft Teams app integration to allow orgs to create tabs linked to v16 with login. Better yet, allow orgs to create tabs to specific areas of v16, for example for the Ticketing Microsoft Team, the tab opens into the ticketing screens.  Development Team to Development, etc.
  • Create a Microsoft Teams app integration to allow orgs to create tabs to specific analytics dashboards (again for different teams they would have different dashboards they use).
  • Allow chat/bots apps in Teams to pull up Tessitura records, for example a team chatting about a specific constituent and pulling up a card for their data within the chat.
  • Integration with Microsoft Outlook to allow CRM data/updates within it, for example pulling up a constituent record as a contact and updating it. I would add in allowing event dates to populate within Outlook calendar.
  • Integration with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint to pull dynamic lists from Tessitura data.

I believe these integrations would benefit Tessitura customers and encourage more use of the product within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.  I suspect Microsoft would enthusiastically help any such work.

I would be happy to discuss and collaborate.
