In order to record attendance to events without a scanner you must save an Order Export Utility for that event and then paste the ticket numbers into record attedance one by one. This also doesn't distinguish between an adult and child ticket which is information that we are expected to report to Art Fund so I am still required to maintain spreadsheets outside of the system.
It would be helpful if there was an easier way to record attendance without the use of a scanner.
