Output custom form data in a more user-friendly way

Custom forms are invaluable on TNEW for collecting information for certain events, but the answers saving to a CSI and all in one cell of an exported .csv file is less than ideal. Either a report or the ability to pull the info into a pivot table in Analytics with each answer separated would be much more useful.

  • Yes! We use CSI's to capture specific preferences about memberships donated online, but we don't have any way to cleanly isolate those constituents because the custom fields all funnel into that CSI Notes field and I can't separate them out anymore. Would love if a report could pull the answers from LTR_TNEW_CUSTOM_FORM_DATA into individual columns/entries so I can separate, sort, and categorize by answers given in those custom forms.

  • Definitely agree with this! We are creating a CSI for registration, but since the data cannot be output into a format with the data itself isolated in a single cell, it's very cumbersome to actually work with the data.
