Correctly show costs in Revenue by Source and Appeal report

As an Annual Giving fundraiser, I love that we're able to track costs all the way down the source level. However, when I use the Revenue by Source and Appeal report, costs associated with sources that don't have any successful contacts are not included in the report (as if we didn't spend the money that we definitely did). Could this be corrected without having to create a customized version of the report?

Thanks for clarifying. To confirm, when I run the report, I do have specific Appeals selected. Below are the results I received; you'll see the parameters of the report at the top.

If you select some or all appeals from the APPEALS parameter, you should see sources without responses along with their costs.

Thanks for responding, Chris Wallingford. I'm running the report with appeals selected. I've selected "Source Group, Source" for Source Detail and "Appeal" for Appeal Detail. I've also selected "By Order/Contribution Appeal" for Mode. I've left the List and Order/Contribution data parameters open.

Hi Scott Podraza,

When an appeal is selected, all sources associated with the selected appeal are listed. When no appeal is selected, only sources with activity attributed to the selected campaign are reported. How are you running the report?
