The need to submit a help desk ticket to initiate a Live to Test copy creates significant delays in what should be an automated process. I'd like to see this turned into a self-service feature, so our admins can initiate a Live to Test copy at will. For inspiration, the attached image shows what this looks like on our current web host's admin dashboard.
