Mobile ticket QR code on dark mode

We are working on moving over to mobile tickets and using the html ticket templates, but we found if a user has their cell phone on dark mode, the QR barcode won't display properly. We can't seem to figure out how to get around this (none of us are great with the html templates yet...) Has anyone else found a solution? If it is viewed in a browser it works fine, just not in the visitor's email.

  • By the way, I was digging through the Template and Email API resources yesterday and noticed that the Email/Send method does actually have an EmbeddedImages property which is meant to provide support for CID attachments. So, there's at least a hint that the infrastructure for embedding a PNG in an email is there. Not sure whether this integrates with the Tessitura processing service for queuing email templates, though.
