Hi Everyone,
The July service packs are well under way, and I wanted to give you an idea of what's coming in the next round of updates.
Note: Noticeably absent from this update is mention of unattended scanning and NSCAN updates. Not to worry! That is well under way and wrapping up development/QA. I will be making a separate post with an update for folks interested in that later today. Nothing but good news to report on that front.
July Service Pack:
Not in the July SP but coming soon-ish
In addition to work on v16, we continue to deliver other valuable features that are useful now to members as a result of pandemic response measures. Below is a quick list of other features in development that we anticipate delivering in future service packs:
As a reminder, service packs are intended to be easy installation efforts with a limited need for testing. Many of our members that leverage our hosting services have service packs sent straight to their test sites, and subsequently their production sites, every month when they are released to take advantage of new functionality and defect fixes. Please consider a similar workflow for your organization so that you can continue to take advantage of the value delivered in service packs.
Have a great Friday!

Will this feature be added to both the SOAP and REST APIs or only to the REST API? Maybe we're long past the point where the soap api gets updated and I've been asleep!
Hi Steve Barnhouse,
This feature is REST only. We no longer add features to the SOAP API, and only make fixes to critical defects. All API-related new features are added only to REST, and most likely only in 15.1.
Thanks,
Chris
