We know that many members are currently working through the SOAP to REST API conversion and that the current world situation is having an effect on these efforts.
While we always want to provide the most up-to-date technology, we are committed to continuing support of Tessitura v15.1 with the SOAP API through January 2022.
We will continue to evaluate the needs of our community and adjust the timeline as necessary.
The legacy SOAP API will no longer function or be supported as of the installation of Tessitura v16 (currently anticipated in late 2020). For up-to-date information please read our most recent communication about the SOAP API end of life.
Additionally, we updated and expanded our Tessitura API documentation resources and videos, and you can find those on tessituranetwork.com, including the recent SOAP to REST webinar content.
