Does anyone know of a way to find the "On Account" balances of certain Constituents from the Constituents screen?
In v15, the money bag used to pop up on their record, but it doesn't in v16.
I have my Flex Header set to display On Account info. Have you tried tweaking your headers? I think you can add the icons back in too.
I'm assuming this is in a Reference Table somewhere?
You can edit what shows up in your different Flex Headers in the Flex Header Configuration table.

The one displayed in constituent records is selected in the Web Header Format field on a user group.
The Transactional Header that Zachary referenced is one of the pre-built flex headers that you can use. It's detailed in the link he shared.
