I'm working on mobile tickets and I want to display the time the perf starts -- the facility does not use zones, so I can't use zone time. My digital ticket design includes Perf Begin Time, but that seems to be pulling in zone because it is showing up as "GA." Has anyone added a start time that isn't related to zone? I first set up mobile tickets just before the world shut down and we haven't used them since -- I could have sworn I had this working, but there are been plenty of service packs since then so who knows if something changed on the backend.

I'm no expert, but it sounds to me like something else is going on: Perf Begin Time should be the time defined on the Performance Production Element, and nothing to do with Zones or Zone times, and certainly not a text string. Is it possible that the element isn't pulling and the next element is "section" or "zone" and that's what you're seeing? Or that perhaps your changes aren't being picked up for some reason?
You're right -- I'm pulling in the wrong ticket template. But the one that should give me the time is throwing an error and won't render. Thanks!

An error occurred while rendering the template. Object reference not set to an instance of an object. But I just copied the template that was working (with the zone instead of time) and replaced the zone info with the time info from the one that wasn't working and it now works! Not sure what was going on there, but thanks for your help. It made me take another look at what was going on.
