I finally swapped our VS associates out of System Admin and into their correct User Group. The problem is now their Print button is gone so they can't print anything...especially their Batch Reports.
The permissions in Security are set up for View on both Batch Reports and Batch Details, so I am not sure what happened.
The same is happening with the Attendance by Performance report. They can run it and view it, they just can't print it.
Can someone explain how to fix this?
Can you check the Report Output security object rights for their security group? The Security documentation for v15 notes this about the Report Output security object: "View rights allow report output to be printed, saved to a file, or merged into a Word document."
