Hi All,
Has anyone customized a way to merge multiple 100% duplicate records, more often than one set at a time? We are on V15.2.31 and due to Guest checkout, customers are constantly creating new records. One customer has 46 records. We could merge them individually but it will take a long time. Hoping someone has found an answer and is willing to share. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

That's what we want too. If you haven't already, give the Idea an up vote: community.tessituranetwork.com/.../offer-guest-checkout-based-on-product-on-tnew
I can confirm that v16 lets you merge multiple records into one kept record.
Customizing the constituent merge process is a big undertaking; the process touches nearly all of the constituent-related tables in the database, and the changes are not easily reversible. Years ago I customized our merge process (but not the canned portion) to allow for multiple merges, and it has served my consortium well, however if I were consider taking on that project now I would probably hold off and wait to use the canned solution after upgrading to v16. Just my two cents. Good luck, all!
Shameless plug to allow guest checkout records to more easily be scheduled for merging

Thank you friend. This is the advice I needed right now!
