Package Sales Revenue

I was using Analytics to pull our subscription package revenue every week and all of a sudden, the numbers dropped drastically.  When I try pulling the numbers from reports, I get a totally different number from a canned report and another one from a custom report.  Looking for ticket price only, no facility fees included.  Needing advice on the most accurate way to pull this.  Perhaps my filters aren't configured in the best way in Analytics.  Thanks!

  • .  I have to pull these updated counts for a report every Monday and I need to make sure I'm pulling the most accurate, reliable counts.  Since it looks like our Analytics needs some work, I tried pulling the Package Sales Report, and the revenue was way higher than what analytics pulled, by a LOT.  Is the report perhaps pulling in other price layers, like facility fees, or maybe our analytics is just that off.  I'm just not sure what numbers to trust when I'm getting a number from analytics, a separate one from a canned report, and a separate one from an old custom report.  And they aren't off by dollars, I'm talking thousands.  Any advice would be great!
