I was using Analytics to pull our subscription package revenue every week and all of a sudden, the numbers dropped drastically. When I try pulling the numbers from reports, I get a totally different number from a canned report and another one from a custom report. Looking for ticket price only, no facility fees included. Needing advice on the most accurate way to pull this. Perhaps my filters aren't configured in the best way in Analytics. Thanks!
Hi Melanie,
This is always such a struggle! We're using Analytics for the first full season this time around... For us, so far, it looks like "ticket original paid amount" (filtered by ticket layer) seems to be pretty close to what we expect/need
and Chris beat me to it by 30 seconds, lol!
This is great Chris Wallingfordand Kathleen. What would you use for the ticket count for those packages. That number seems to be off too.
Also, if I pull the Package Sales Report, the revenue is way higher than what analytics pulls, by a LOT. Is the report perhaps pulling in other price layers, like facility fees? I'm just not sure what numbers to trust when I'm getting a number from analytics, a separate one from a canned report, and a separate one from an old custom report. And they aren't off by dollars, I'm talking thousands.
The Ticket Count will be 0, but the Package Seat Key can still be counted via [# unique Package Seat Key] and technically the ticket can still be counted by switching from [Total Ticket Count] to [# unique SLI ID].
