Our fundraising team wants to know what performance our constituents last attended. I found the Last Attended Performance in the Output Set recipe book and set it up in TEST. The output set works for about 97% of the constituents. We are running into an issue when someone in the household purchases tickets and are marked as the Initiator, and the Household is the transaction Owner. When the records are marked this way, the result set from the list, using the output set from the book, does not return any performance information.
I looked into the details of each portion of the process. The Criteria Set results contain both the owner and initiator. The output set view results only contains the initiator (in this case that is correct because that initiator is also the constituent of record in the Attendance table for the tickets). Yet, when you run the results out, you get the Household constituent ID and values for the Household and no performance values.
I think there is a way to work around this but I'm unsure how to do it. I essentially need to pull in the Initiator results and swap them into the Household when the household results are null.
Any suggestions?
