We are creating a printed program book for our upcoming performances and offer sponsors different levels of recognition in this book, including their names on a list, their logo on the back cover, and ads throughout. I'm curious how others are using Tessitura to keep track of this information?
It's a goal of mine to figure this out. Currently we are using excel and our sponsorship manager's brain, but I'm not cool with that. My goal for the coming year is get all our sponsorship info into plans on each company in Tessitura and keep track of it that way. That way we can upload documentations and keep track of communications all in one place. Levels entered as plan steps. I recognize this is not exactly how plans were intended to be used, but I'm hoping it works.
