Good Morning,
We are new users running v16. I've created a segmentation with a number of suppression sets and target sets. The # Qualified is populating for them all but the # Assigned remains blank. Our other segmentations are working as expected.
Has anyone experienced this before? Our onboarding team is looking into this but we are on a deadline so I'm hoping someone may have a suggestion.

We had an issue with running any segmentations in our v16 Dev environment. Support restarted TPS to fix it, but whatever the explanation of the issue was made me worry about how TPS would handle larger segmentations.
Thanks, Gawain. This is definitely a larger segment so that's quite concerning. I'll run this by them.
I don't know if you would have this as a difference between your segment and the ones that are working but we've had an issue that if under Communication Management we have Remove Duplicate Email Addresses selected it causes issues, including populating qualified numbers but assigned is blank.
We have run into this as well! Remove Duplicate Email Addresses is definitely one culprit.
Melissa Sheinman, I've also discovered that if a Membership constituency is used as a segment, it will generate a 0 Assigned count as well. But if this is used as a suppression segment it works fine. Bizarre!
