Has anyone done a successful constituent import? I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. The import file is recognized and successful but every row fails and looks like thisThis is also after I stripped my import file of email addresses. I get errors 245 and 5000 and it has something to do with the email address column Any and all suggestions are welcome!
That "invalid country code" looks like a Zip might have wound up in the wrong column. I.e. does ID "06106" exist in TR_COUNTRY?
It also looks like the email address is in the zip code field because the error shows it is trying to convert it to an INT.
I guess something is going wrong in my excel file. I'll try it again. Thank you both so much!
Make sure you save it as a .txt file before uploading it to Tessitura.
Constituent imports can be so fiddly! There are times it's failed on me because of *one* stray special character where it doesn't belong. I think the advice others have provided is great and should get you where you need to go, but if not, it might be a matter of hunting for stray characters...
