Hello,
Is there any way to recover deleted extractions, a couple of our extractions have been accidentally deleted and I was wondering if there is a way to recover them.
Hope
Hi Hope - I've sometimes been able to retrieve the criteria from T_Keycode_Hist table, but it depends on how long they've been gone for. I'm sure you've already tried looking in your test enviroment?
Hello, yes we checked the test environment and they weren't there, I am not seeing a t_keycode_hist table, could it be under a different name?
sorry! BiExtract.T_Keycode_Hist
Found the table, but sadly had null for the criteria
If your need is particularly dire you can look into your database backups. This isn't remotely trivial, but a dba could load a backup, find the desired data in it, then either present it to you (depending on what exactly you need to know about it) or possibly build a script to do a database to database copy. I have in the past had Hosting Services support do this sort of thing for me, albeit with slightly less complex objects than extractions.
Do you know where I could find the database backups? Would it be in SSMS or Tessitura?
Are you a TN Hosted Services client or are you locally hosted?
We are on TN Hosted Services
You should open a ticket with them then.
put one in thank you for your help
