Hi folks,
A best practice question mainly for the self-hosted folks.
When you do an version upgrade of Tessitura (or sufficient number of point upgrades) do you have a written recovery plan timelined in case backups and TIM rollback doesn't go your way?
Our IT team is external and separate from our database and analysis team who have traditionally performed the upgrades.

We take a VMWare snapshot prior to any database update, and in the (thankfully very rare) case that it doesn't go our way, we roll the whole VM back instantly and start over.
Thanks Chris - that's our contingency's, contingency - server snapshot.
