I previously reached out to this group to see if anyone could assist me with the setup of email acks in V16. Someone was thankfully able to help me out and I was able to configure everything in TEST. I successfully did 1 test and received an email ack but subsequent tests have been unsuccessful. I am now also having the same issue in PROD - set everything up, got an email on an initial test donation, and now nothing (I have tested on myself and coworker). In between, I have done some updates to the template. I do have a ticket open with Tessitura Help but I'm wondering if anyone else has run into this problem and if so, might already have a solution.
