We have a group of Rush style performances on sale one a week and were thinking of using the Hotlist as an easy jump to those weekly changing perfomances.
Hotlist is simple enough that it could be easily managed with a utility. Before we go and make one, I wanted to check if anyone else created something like that before?

Is it wrong for me to think "Maybe I just do it and give it to Tessitura than distract anyone from working on SYOS for packages"?
Like Plans and CSIs that email you when they are due - it's a great IDEA, also I have a working example. Do with it what you wish.
Tell me more about setting up CSIs to email people.

Hi Heath - we use keywords & season maintenance with local procedure to trigger what should appear on the hotlist - same idea as yours but different approach! We do it this way so we always know what perf will be at the top of the list....for us GA - not so important now that FOH all use Quicksale.
