I'm trying to update multiple constituent records since we are starting to work on our end of year direct mail lists. Mostly I'm trying to update the records to include a Prefix where necessary and to update the salutations.
Would anyone know if there is a way to do this quickly in some sort of list format similar to how one might update plans in the plan maintenance menus? (The area where you can quickly add primary workers)
Any info would be helpful and if this isn't a feature it might be something we want to add to the tessitura 16 ideas board.

We have a custom report from extended services. Very simple parameters. You just specify salutation type and salutation format. The report is run based on a list and can be run in review or update modes. It can be set to be a scheduled report. We're in a consortium so the salutation types are all control-grouped to each org.
I did see that there is a Rebuild Salutations report. That can be useful. That means I would only need to add prefixes to my constituents.I have a list set up for all of the people i need to update I just wish there was an easier why to access them instead of needing to click into each profile individually.
The table TR_SALUTATION_FORMAT has columns for Prefixes, and you can create more salutation types in the table too. Prefixes will only be added if the patron has gender specified on their profile.
