Hello,
I am trying to pull a report that reflects the # of single tix sold between (a date range) that paid using On Account or COVID credit as the payment type.
I did try the Performance Transaction Detail report. It only gives me the total # of orders and the amount of the payment type.
I also tried playing with a widget in Analytics but don't know enough yet to choose values.
Does anyone have any tricks or can share some wisdom?

Hi Donna! I know you can get a breakdown of payment methods with the "Payment by Performance" report. However, isolating single tickets is not something we've done. But maybe this will help spark something. If I have time later today, I will explore this as well. Good Luck!

There is no direct relationship between payments and individual tickets... only between payments and orders. When multiple payment methods are used against an order containing more than one ticket, there's no requirement to specify which payment method should be applied to which ticket.
If for example, 2 tickets for 20 each are sold along with 1 ticket for 40, all in the same order, and two payment methods are used: 40 from On Account and 40 from a Credit Card. There is no way currently for you to specify whether the 40 from On Account should apply to the 1 ticket or the 2 tickets.

Thank you Michael! I also pulled the "Payment by Performance". I think I will go with the number of orders and transaction amount. I could average the number of tix based on the transaction amount and see if that will be enough.

That makes sense. It is more of a partial payment toward the purchase. I am going to use what I have and average the number of tix based on the transaction amount and see if that will be enough.
