Shared Services for non-consortia resco's?

Hello!

We moved out of our consortium environment a little over a year ago, but still are a resident company under the consortia lead. Since we've moved out of the consortium we've been trying to figure out the best way to deal with shared services - mostly parking. We would like to be able to sell parking through our TNEW site, but now that we no longer are connected with the shared parking performances in Tess with the other consortia members, we really haven't found the best way to go about doing this without the fear of overselling our lot on days when there's more than one performance on campus. We've tried both pre-purchasing parking blocs and a pay-as-we-go type model, neither working as great nor as seamlessly as I'd like. I want to give this one last go before completely giving up and sending patrons to the consortium lead's website for parking so as to try and not further disrupt their experience with our company.

Does anyone have any experience in this type of situation? Would you be willing to share how your consortia works with your non-consortia res-co's when it comes to shared services? If there's any type of written agreement, and you're willing to share, I'd appreciate the example language. Also, if there's already been a discussion on this topic (I did some quick searching but couldn't find anything) I'll happily take a link to that conversation.

Thanks!
